ME TELEVISION ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR TEXAS CABLE EXPANSION

MICHELE GOLDEN HIRED TO LEAD TEXAS LAUNCH

Austin, TX (July 16, 2007) – ME Television, the 24-hour regional music and entertainment network, announced that it has plans to expand its broadcast reach statewide. Michele Golden has been hired to represent the network as Director of Texas Cable Marketing. Golden will spearhead the Texas expansion initiative for ME Television, reporting to Founder and CEO Constance Wodlinger.

Golden, who has over twenty years of marketing experience, is the principal of Golden & Co. whose clients include Renaissance Austin Hotel and the Adoption Coalition of Texas. Prior to Golden &Co., Golden had an eight-year tenure at Time Warner Cable Austin where she served as Director of Marketing for Central Texas.

Founded in 2005, ME Television is currently included on the Austin’s Time Warner Cable system lineup and is available in 40 markets around Austin. Since its inception, ME Television has filmed over 175 live music concerts for ME Live!, taped over one thousand interviews with top musicians, artists, actors and filmmakers and hosted over 300 in-studio performances.

The Texas expansion will include working with small to large cable operators to add the network to their lineup with a host of benefits that include: dedicated sales time, local sponsorship and concert ticket opportunities, marketing support, website inclusion, and VOD content. Major markets will have enhanced offerings that will include a dedicated local reporter, daily reports, coverage of local events, as well as radio promotions and video clip promos.

The network plans to have a statewide reach by the end of 2008.
